What QuickPly collects

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

When you use QuickPly to generate replies, we log the number of generations per day per account. We do not store the content of messages you paste into QuickPly.

What QuickPly does not collect

• The content of any messages you copy or paste
• Your LinkedIn profile, connections, or activity
• Browsing history or behavior on any website
• Any data from pages you visit while the extension is installed

How your data is used

Your email is used solely for account identification and transactional communications (e.g., password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your consent and do not sell your data to any third party.

Usage logs (daily reply count) are used to enforce plan limits and are deleted when your account is deleted.

AI and third-party services

Messages you submit are sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing. Google’s usage policies apply to this data. We do not use your messages to train our own models.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Your payment information is handled entirely by them and never passes through our servers.

Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at contact@quickply.ai. Usage logs are retained for 90 days.
