1. The Service

QuickPly provides an AI-powered reply suggestion tool accessible via a Chrome browser extension. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

QuickPly is designed for personal and professional communication assistance. You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate spam, deceptive, or harassing messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Share your API token or allow others to use your account
• Use the service in violation of any platform’s terms of service

3. Platform Compliance

QuickPly operates entirely through your clipboard. It does not interact with any third-party platform’s interface. Responsible use is the user’s responsibility. QuickPly makes no guarantees about compliance with LinkedIn or any other platform’s terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuickPly is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
